Common Questions

A few things people often ask before getting in touch. If your question isn't here, just give us a call.

How long does it take to get my order?

Most workwear and print orders are turned around in 5–10 business days from artwork approval. Vehicle wraps and building signage typically take 7–14 days depending on complexity and installation scheduling. If you have a deadline, tell us upfront and we'll let you know if we can hit it.

What do I need to provide for my order?

Ideally, your logo in vector format (AI, EPS, SVG or high-res PDF). If you only have a JPG or PNG, send it anyway. We will let you know if we can work with it. For colours, your brand hex codes or Pantone numbers help us match things exactly. No logo? We can help you get one sorted.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

For embroidered workwear, the minimum is generally 5 pieces per design. Screen printing is more economical at 10+ units. Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing has no minimum, great for small runs or samples. Business cards and print materials can be done in small quantities too. Just ask.

Do you do the design, or do I need to provide artwork?

We can work either way. If you have existing artwork, send it through and we'll prepare a production file. If you need design work done from scratch, we can help. Just let us know in the quote form and we'll factor it into the quote.

Do you deliver, or do I pick up?

We can deliver directly to you anywhere on the Northern Beaches. For vehicle wraps and building signage installations, we come to you. Click-and-collect is also available. Give us a call to arrange. Delivery to other Sydney suburbs can also be arranged, just ask.

What brands do you supply for workwear?

We're authorised suppliers of Syzmik, JBs Wear, AS Colour, Winning Spirit and DNC Workwear, all reputable Australian brands. If you have a preferred brand or style in mind, let us know and we'll do our best to source it for you.

Can I get a sample before committing to a full order?

For larger orders especially, we always recommend requesting a sample. We'll produce a physical sample for approval before going into full production. A digital proof is always included for free before any job goes to print or embroidery.

Are hi-vis garments compliant with Australian safety standards?

Absolutely. All hi-visibility workwear we supply meets AS/NZS 4602.1 compliance standards. This is non-negotiable. We never supply non-compliant hi-vis for use on Australian worksites. If you're not sure what compliance level you need, get in touch and we'll advise.
