to Mona Vale Factory
Signage and Branding Studio was founded in 1977 by Terry O'Sullivan, a skilled artist who began his career in advertising on Sydney's Northern Beaches before discovering a passion for signwriting. After completing his apprenticeship in brushwork signage and screen printing, Terry launched Signage and Branding Studio from a small studio in Avalon.
What started as a one-man operation grew steadily over the decades, with Terry building a reputation for quality craftsmanship and genuine service that spread across the Northern Beaches and beyond.
In 2023, the business was passed to the next generation. Terry's daughter Cassie and her husband Glen — who had been working alongside Terry for over 20 years — took over ownership, committed to carrying on his legacy while introducing new technology and services to meet the demands of a modern market.
